Copyright Infringement...again!

Is copying from a librarian extra bad? I hadn't visited Melissa's blog in a while (mostly cause I didn't add a link on my blog so I didn't have the easy access I generally like to have - yes, I'm a lazy blogger and a lazy blog reader too). Anyway saw this video posted that is definitely worth watching. Check it out. Oh, and I did finally add Melissa (who was also my very first follower - woohoo!) to my links, so check out her blog and let her know how much you love librarians!

Final Photo Dump (at least for now)

Wow, just found this saved as a draft...I think I meant to post it a couple of weeks ago...OOPS!

I found this little papasan chair for $5 at a yard sale a couple of weeks ago. Noah has a hard time getting into it (he keeps trying to climb in rather than back in), but he loves it. His morning ritual now includes some time in his chair with dry cereal, a cup of milk, and some "toons" (preferably Mickey but it just depends on what time he decides to get up). No worries, he does have an actual nutritional breakfast after his toon-time...this is like his pre-breakfast snack.
Oh the injustice of it all. Noah was pretty upset because we didn't let him play with the blinds. He normally doesn't get so worked up over stuff like that, but he was pretty tired on this particular day. And yes, I'm heartless, cause I took a picture of it...
One of Noah's newest games (er...new at the time of this photo) is to flail and throw himself around on the couch. Very humorous to watch. I think I have a video somewhere...but I'm not promising...

Playground

Love swinging...
...not so sure about the slide...
...love the slide too!
Not loving this. Wishing the swinging or the sliding was still happening. (Thinking Daddy humored Mommy to pose for this picture...I try not to encourage her to do this).
Yes! Gravel and dirt...loving it!

Rehoboth Photo Dump

Sorry folks, but this is the only way I'm going to catch up. Here are a few of my favorite pics from the beach trip...

"Mommy, mommy, look I found a shell!"
"...love sand, love, love love it!"
"Whoa! Where did Luke go?!"
And yes, this is the best picture of all three kids together...after a long and exhausting week.

We tried to convince Michael and Amy to let us bring Luke and Allison home with us...but they said no. We miss them so much! There's more pics and a video on FB...in the interest of 'catching up' the blog is only getting 5 (although I took almost 200 pictures over the week).

Catching up...photo dump

This is a slightly messier than normal Noah at breakfast time. Yogurt with some honey, cheerios and raisins...yummmm!

Noah can now climb into what we refer to as the "Big Boy Chair" all by himself. Sometimes we've caught him sitting in it reading to himself...absolutely precious!

We've had lots of pool time this summer. Noah's favorite things to do include: throwing balls out of the pool so we have to run after them, dumping water out of the pool with buckets, dumping water onto himself with buckets, trying to splash us, and trying to drink the water. It's not really a relaxing time for Mommy and Daddy, but Noah loves the pool!

Noah also loves getting this mesh laundry hamper over his head and running around with it on. He laughs at himself hysterically...it's pretty funny!

Finally...we have a grill! Matt got it on July 5th...which turns out to be a fantastic day to buy a grill if you're looking for a deal...and if you don't want to put it together yourself.

4th of July

I know, so behind its ridiculous. I will catch up, I will catch up...
4th of July weekend with the K's. Noah loved the sparklers, but really loved watching Anya play with her sparkler.

Look at how big this sweet boy is doing! Precious! And Noah thinks he's pretty cool too!

We also went to Mimi and Papa's for the 4th. Noah was pretty busy playing and gave me a little bit of attitude for this picture. Love it!

It may be hard to see, but that is gravelly dirt in his right hand. He was grabbing it and dumping it on himself. This was a Daddy supervised activity followed by a Daddy supervised bath. Such a boy.
